Cuba Blue Diving (naming us in the document as "we", "our club" or "diving center"), is a diving center located in the north coast area of Havana, currently consists of less than 5 members, professional entrepreneurs who love diving.
The dive center has access to major dive sites in Havana and its surroundings, mainly in the western part of the country. Cuba Blue Diving, has all the necessary SCUBA equipment for dives. The diving equipment is new or semi new. In all cases we will have the proper maintenance and care of the equipment. The safety of each of our clients is our main concern.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the web, we collect the data shown in the comment form, as well as the visitor's IP address and the browser's user agent chain to help detect spam.

If you upload images to the web you should avoid uploading images with location data (GPS EXIF) included. Web visitors can download and extract any location data from the web images.

In the event that the client does some diving with us, the Cuba Diving Center Blue Diving, has the right to have photos of the dive made and it may be that in some photo the client leaves. However, in case the client does not wish for any reason, to go out on any social network or other website where the club can publish the photos, we respect the client's decision.
In the event that the client takes personal photos next to the diving done, it is mandatory on the part of the client, in case of publishing it, that the photo is referenced to the club, that is, to its website or to the facebook page of the diving center.
How long we keep your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so that we can recognize and approve successive comments automatically instead of keeping them in a moderation queue.
Of the users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Web administrators can also view and edit that information.

Currently we do not receive data from third parties, it does not mean that in the future we do not. However, in case of receiving third party data, the clients and visitors of the page would be aware.

Plugin: Smush
Note: Smush does not interact with end users on your website. The only input option Smush has is to a newsletter subscription for site admins only. If you would like to notify your users of this in your privacy policy, you can use the information below.
Smush sends images to the WPMU DEV servers to optimize them for web use. This includes the transfer of EXIF data. The EXIF data will either be stripped or returned as it is. It is not stored on the WPMU DEV servers.
Smush uses a third-party email service (Drip) to send informational emails to the site administrator. The administrator´s email address is sent to Drip and a cookie is set by the service. Only administrator information is collected by Drip.
