Who are us?

What data do we collect and why do we collect it?

Simply the data we collect is of use for our service, for security reasons and we do not sell it or use it for any other service. Nor do we use it with our ally of Cuba Blue Diving.

The data we collect from the client are the following:

The data collected is scanned and stored in a local Database, which is deleted after 3 months of the rental itself. We only have the name, surname and country register to have a control and statistics for business use. Who do we share your data with?

Our page is responsible for NOT sharing any of your data. We, first of all, recommend that you do not store any phone number or personal data on your SIM card. However, we restore all the values of the SIM card at the factory once the customer has delivered it.

How long do we keep your data?

What rights do you have over your data?

The customer, after the first three months after the rental, can inform us to eliminate the entire record of his data from our database. Therefore, as a client I would stop enjoying possible offers that I may have for future rentals.

Payments, prices and deposit

The service we perform is from a SIM Card rental, therefore, just like any other rent, a deposit is charged upon obtaining the service. This bond has a cost of 50 CUC or the equivalent of 1 = 1 for currencies such as US Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR), British Pounds (GBP) or Canadian Dollar (CAD). The deposit is returned in full at the end of the rental period. With this deposit we guarantee the return of the SIM card.

The rental of our service does not exceed 30 days. In exceptional cases, it could be rented for more than 30 days, but there are changes in our policy, so the deposit would increase to 80 CUC.

The cost of the rent is made by days, having variation by the amount of days reserved. This price is consulted with us through any of our active channels. In the event that the client wants to increase the amount of days of rent once rented and the service, he must contact us to know if there is availability and if it exists, because the difference is paid in the delivery of the card SIM In the event that the client does not contact us to extend the service time and continue using the service, because the SIM card is automatically canceled, thus losing the right to recover the money from the deposit.

Theft, deterioration or loss of the SIM card

In the event that the customer has lost or stolen the SIM card, what the customer must do, is to locate us to make the management of cancellation of the SIM card. The price of our rental rate includes the insurance of "Theft, damage or loss", as long as the amount of the rent exceeds 7 days and otherwise the customer must pay the amount of 5 CUC.

Our service allows the cancellation of the SIM card, for which, depending on the occasion, the service can be continued with another card. We cannot solve the case of theft or loss of the mobile device. In the event that he is going to make a complaint, the client should simply bring the IMEI of the phone so that the POLICE can handle the relevant case, but if the client does not have the IMEI of the phone, that case would not be very successful.

Coverage and characteristics of the mobile device that a customer must have

We provide the SIM Card rental service, but the customer must have a device compatible with the cell phone network in Cuba, which is available in 900 MHz throughout the national territory in GSM.

To enjoy the 3G Network in Cuba, the client must be in an area under 3G coverage and the terminal of his cell phone must be compatible with the WCDMA standard at the frequency of 900 MHz, (international standard used by several countries in Europe and Latin America) . At present, the coverage of this technology in our country allows us to appreciate a higher data transmission speed (mail), multimedia capacity and better quality in voice and video transmission in real time.

To manually check if the phone can access third-generation technology, the customer only has to open the Settings / Mobile Networks / Network Mode tool; although depending on the brand and model some of these steps may vary.
